I'm presuming that, as these items are basically the equivalent of mechanical parts and computer components but are of somewhat better quality than the samples she's been nursing along since leaving Alternia, these would count as new items for the purposes of wishing. These samples, once established, will allow Waspfire to build machines that are sturdier and more stable, but not notably more powerful than the ones she's been building over the past few years. Mostly, though, they're replacements for supplies that are ICly rapidly approaching obsolescence. If the mods decide to impose a steeper point cost than I'm assuming, I'm fine with doing that; just let me know.
