All houses are tooled to a character's general preference, anything they would want would be in the house and resupply automatically. So yes, anything Mika would/could want or technically have is easily there for her as it is for every other character.

Very common items such as art supplies, silverware, pillows, comics, books and the like are readily there. Unless it has canon value/something your character has lost or not likely to be at the house at all- your character can expect to find it given some digging. The houses have been set up this way so players don't oocly waste points wishing for a new set of silverware for their characters when they could be using points for AC/wishing for a puppy sized elephant.
