We're opening August 1sts, applications will be opening this week though. We've mentioned it more over the mod plurk, but we will add the opening date on the applications page.

We're planning on adding a power regain section into the request area, the mods are currently figuring out the price for what it'll cost. What I can say- any powers that would break the setting or be considered 'godly' would not be regainable.
