Maybe I'm just silly and missed it but when does the game open? I can't find where it says that...

Also, you mentioned power regains, but on the regains page it talks about items, body parts and pets but nothing about powers. I assume it works in a similar way, but how many points do powers cost? Are there limits to what can or can't be regained?
