How much would it cost to have regularly stocking supplies of standard medical equipment and medicines for a small clinic? Like tongue depressors, cotton swabs, clean needles, cold/flu medication, low and mid-grade pain killers, IVs with saline solution/sedatives for minor surgery, etc.? I don't know that I could name every single thing that might come up for John or another doctor to use/need. Specialty tools or meds I'd still request separate, but this is kind of just a basic stock and refill for what a clinic would keep on hand.
