Hello! I'd like to clarify wish prices for some power upgrades on Stephen. I know that it's 600 points to add new powers, but I want to make sure the powers I have in mind are allowed and that the way I've grouped them is reasonable. I don't have enough points for all of these right now (plus I may come up with more later), but I'd like to be ready as I accrue them. All of these are things I expect Stephen to ICly learn to do on his own, and I would have him progress through learning each new power rather than suddenly being able to perform them perfectly.

Improvements to astral projection:
I'd like Stephen to learn how to shrink his astral form. This is not normally very useful and is an offshoot of the powers of astral projection he already possesses.

Telekinesis:
He would become able to move objects with his mind. In the comics Stephen is capable of lifting and throwing multiple cars at once, though with this wish Stephen would start much smaller than that and work his way up. He would be able to use telekinesis while in his astral form as well. Also, in the comics, Stephen is often shown levitating in a seated position while apparently at rest -- presumably the Cloak of Levitation is what's allowing him to do that, but I would tie him learning that habit in with his efforts to learn to move things with his mind.

Telepathy:
Stephen will want to learn how to shield his mind against outside control (thanks, Slink); a natural offshoot of these studies would be learning how to send outgoing telepathic communications. I'm also interested in Stephen learning how to share or steal dreams, but am open to the possibility that that might need to be its own wish.

Second Sight:
Stephen would become capable of seeing the astral forms of others without leaving his material body. This would effectively make him capable of sensing the location of invisible people and ghosts/spirits as well, as he would not need to rely on his normal sense of sight. This might include a better ability in general to sense whether someone is a god or mortal, as presumably their astral forms would be significantly different.

Manipulation of energy:
This would be a matter of removing non-magical energy from one area and placing or dispersing it elsewhere. For example, he might freeze something by dispersing its heat into the air around it, or relocate a fire from one place to another. I'd like this to include other forms of energy, too, such as electricity.

Transformation:
Would it be a separate wish for each form I'd like Stephen to be able to take?

Finally, a general question about higher-level powers and Stephen's relationship with Zephyr. The Dr. Strange of comic book canon accesses a lot of powers using various relics and by calling on various deities. He won't be wishing for more relics after deciding that the trouble with the Eye of Agamotto probably stems from dimensional misalignment that would similarly affect other objects of power, and at present I'm assuming he wouldn't have access to the necessary dimensions to invoke the names of the various gods.

I think it's a ways off because Stephen still has a lot of non-divine magic he can learn, but eventually it will occur to him, as he's reading about divine magic, that he does in fact know several gods even if they aren't the ones in his books. It's possible that he might approach Zephyr (and maybe their classmates and/or family members as well) to find out whether he can invoke their names and tap into their power (it will take him a while to get to that point, as he'll be aware that he'd probably be incurring debt and/or obligations). So far I have only a very general idea of what it would enable him to do; my idea right now is that it might simply allow him to perform whatever types of magic he's already learned on his own on a grander scale, and that it might be something he can only do when he and the others leave the Meadous during events and their powers are un-nerfed. Is that something you'd be interested in pursuing from the gods' side of things?
